Hi Tracy and Jonathan! I am so excited for your blog - I am also trying to get into my swimsuit for our family vacation. I look forward to hearing your tips and other people’s advice.

Hi Jonathan and Tracy. Count me in! I have to lose 20 before June….otherwise when I go to the pool with my kids they’ll say “Dad, put your shirt back on!” Ouch! I cut out the soda, but, will have a hard time missing my favorite Mexican Food restaurant for lunch. (No..it’s not Taco Bell!) I’m excited about giving this a shot.

Day 3….
Okay…only drinking water sucks! I miss soda. I tried some Basa Fillets from Safeway with a small maranaide….good stuff! I’m also trying smaller meals more often. I hope to get to the gym on weekends to start really burning off some calories! I hear that working the legs makes a huge difference….I hope so, because these 100 situps per night are killin’ me.

What kind of diet is everyone doing? I have about 15 very attached pounds to lose and they don’t seem to want to seperate from my thighs and butt.
Is counting calories the best or low carb better?
Just wondering?
