Jonathan Wilde: “Family is coming in May for Westons graduation! This morning I stepped on the scale and it was 215! 10 pounds have to go!”
Tracy Taylor: “I’m Mrs. Lodo in the Mrs. Colorado Pageant on May 17th. I weighed in at 140 and need to drop 7 to compete in the swimsuit part of the competition!”
Jesus: “I lost 130 last week when my girlfriend dumped me. 190 is my current weight and I want to drop 15 like it’s hot.”
Timmy Mack in the News Room: “Clothes weigh 3 pounds. I’ll go for 10.”

Hi!
I was listening to the show the other day and I heard Jonathon talking about how he loves chocolate and I got the nudge to send you an email with some info and an offer to help!
As a therapist and coach I’ve run “weight release” groups where we use EFT (emotional freedom techniques) to release the gripe around cravings and we get amazing results! What happens when we get a craving is that our mind gets “locked” in around a thought and we think the only way to release that (nagging) thought is to satisfy it so we endulge and we get relief. By tapping a few places on the body, while experiencing the craving, we break the neurological patterns that keep us stuck in the behavior - the real gift is that we can be around the desired substance/food without it “calling” to us. Said differently - we now have freedom and can make choices. How cool is that!
So Jonathon - I would love to show you how it can work with your chocolate craving. Let me know if you’re interested.
